The C.A.T. (Chef Amadeus Tasters) Club is a community of new friends that really enjoy amazing culinary experiences and traveling.  This new community is the place that can and will fulfill your culinary desires. A place where you and your new friends can help determine what type of experiences will be hosted by your culinary team lead by Chef Amadeus. 

Who is Chef Amadeus? He’s “just a ‘lil fella that loves to cook.”

Chef Amadeus is a Food Network winner, creator of Southern Passion- which is a salt-free line of spices, host of Extreme Food Fights, The Southern Passion Lounge, Culinary Traveler and an avid golfer.

Chef Amadeus has taken his passion from the apron strings of his Puerto Rican born grandmother and philly born mother. to the U.S. Navy, Europe, West coast, East coast, Caribbean and back to his mother’s kitchen; he feels the time he spends with his mother fuels his desire and passion to be more creative when preparing dishes for his clients. (And yes, he still enjoys cooking for his mother!)
